Shipping Policy

We ship all orders with Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard and follow their delivery timeframes, which typically range from 2–8 business days depending on your location.
Order Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Standard International Shipping: Orders are shipped with Australia Post International Standard. Delivery timeframes are typically 8–12 business days, depending on location.
Order Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Tracking: All NZ orders include tracking so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs & Delays: Please note that NZ shipments may occasionally be subject to customs inspections or delays outside our control.

Shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during public holidays, peak periods, or due to unexpected delays.
